Refund Policy
You may only request a refund if the banner request was not made after 5 days of making a booking. You are free to ask for revisions until the final is sent to you via email. Refunds will not be given to failure to arrive at a preferred design after two weeks since last communication by designer.

You will be given an email for the branding questions. Once filled out and sent, please wait for 2-3 days for the initial draft or further questions. Timelines can be drawn longer with revisions. Please answer the questionnaire as descriptively as you can.
