Cancellation Policy

VIP Design Day Policy I work under PHILIPPINE STANDARD TIME. Once it is 8pm in the Philippines, revisions for projects will not be catered to or will require another payment. Payment and Booking: Full payment for your VIP Design Day is required upfront to secure your spot. This payment is non-refundable. Client Readiness: Your VIP Day success depends on your preparation. You must submit all necessary materials (text, images, brand assets, style references, etc.) at least 48 hours before your scheduled VIP Day. If you fail to provide all materials on time, your VIP Day will be canceled, and your payment will be forfeited. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your VIP Day, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. You can reschedule once, and your new date must be booked within 30 days of the original date. We cannot accommodate rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled VIP Day. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled VIP Day. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your payment is forfeited. Scope of Work: A VIP Day is dedicated to your specific project type (e.g., launch graphics, a sales page, or a visual identity). The scope of work will be defined and agreed upon before the start of the day. The goal is to complete as much as possible within the 12-hour timeframe. Delivery: Your project will be delivered by 8 PM PST on your scheduled VIP Day. Our delivery promise is to provide a complete draft of the agreed-upon project. Revisions, if applicable, can be discussed and may extend beyond the 12-hour delivery window. Non-refundable Payment: This protects your income and time. You are dedicating a full day to a single client, and that slot could have been booked by someone else. A non-refundable policy ensures you are compensated for blocking off that time, regardless of whether the client is ready. 48-Hour Deadline for Materials: Requiring all materials in advance prevents delays and ensures you can start working promptly at 8 AM. Materials may include: Style references, photos to use, copy, brand guide, login links. 48-Hour Rescheduling/Cancellation Window: This window gives you enough time to potentially re-book the day or adjust your schedule. Not Convertible: A VIP Day is a distinct and premium service, and is not convertible to another service or package
