By accessing or using this website and/or engaging my design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or engage my services.

I offer a range of graphic design services, including but not limited to:

• Logo design, branding, web design, social media graphics, illustrations

• Bookings are made through this website.

• Payment for services is due in full before the commencement of work.

• A deposit may be required for larger projects.

• Choosing Manual payment with Wise will require direct communication to the designer and 3 days processing time before project begins for review.

• You will be given an automated questionnaire for certain projects, other projects you will need to contact the designer directly.

• I will provide you with an initial draft of the design(s).

• You will have the opportunity to request revisions to the initial draft. First two revisions will be free of charge.

• The number of revisions included in the project fee may vary depending on the scope of the project.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all drafts before final production.

• Any changes requested after final approval may incur extra charges.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Upon final approval of the design, I will provide you with the final files in the agreed-upon formats (e.g., high-resolution JPEGs, PNGs, AI, EPS, PSD).

• Additional deliverables, such as source files or vector files, may incur extra charges.

• I will endeavor to complete your project within the estimated timeframe, however, I am not liable for any delays that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
